About Toms River, New Jersey
Formerly called Dover Township until November of 2006, Toms River Township is the largest township in Ocean County with a population of 95,000. The area features a variety of attractions and festivals that bring thousands of visitors. Toms River Municipal Court

Sessions are held on Mondays at 12:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 9 a.m. & 4 p.m., and Thursday at 4 p.m. The Municipal Judges are James A. Liguori (Chief Judge) and Damian G. - Make a right on Route 549 (Hooper Avenue South)
- Turn left at the second traffic light (Madison Avenue)
- The County parking garage is the five-level building on the right
From the South:
- Take Garden State Parkway Exit 81 (Lakehurst Road/Toms River – Lakehurst)
- Turn left at the third traffic light (Route 549 – Hooper Avenue North)
- Proceed through the next traffic light (intersection with Washington Street)
- Turn right into the first one-way entrance, just past the County Administration Building)
- Turn left after the Stop sign into the five-level County parking garage
