Casandra is an Associate Attorney. She is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and Widener University, where she earned his Juris Doctor.
Ms. DeStefano has a vast range of criminal experience ranging from traffic violations, to disorderly person offenses in Municipal Court, to handling drug offenses and Final Restraining Order hearings in Superior Court.
Prior to joining the firm, in addition to criminal defense, Ms. DeStefano handled family Court matters, specifically divorces and restraining Order hearings which provides her with a competitive edge as a criminal defense attorney.
She also clerked for the Honorable Peter J. Tober, Presiding Criminal Judge, Somerset County, Criminal Part.
