Mr. Richardson received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He received his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law. He served as Editor-In-Chief of the UNLV student newspaper, as well as the George Mason Law newspaper. While at GMU, he received an American Bar Association award for newspaper writing.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, Mr. Richardson served as a Deputy District Attorney in Solano County, California, and a Deputy Attorney General in New Jersey. He worked in all areas of both criminal and civil law and has been lead attorney for more than 30 criminal trials, as well as more than 100 misdemeanor trials. He has also worked in private practice, focusing on criminal defense and appellate work. He currently focuses his practice exclusively in criminal defense and DWI cases.
