A charge for distribution of cocaine is always a felony crime of the first, second or third degree so it can only be dealt with at the Burlington County Superior Court in Mount Holly New Jersey. A first degree charge for selling, distributing or possessing cocaine with intent to distribute results under N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5 if the quantity involved is 5 ounces or more.
