Morrestown NJ Criminal Defense Lawyers
Moorestown is somewhat lopsided when it comes to criminal, DWI and traffic filings. What we mean by this statement is that although the town has the level of routine violations that you would expect, it has a disproportionate amount of indictable crimes with 353 reported last year. The related arrests ranged from homicide involving a baby to shoplifting, and everything in between. The largest number of these offenses involved third degree possession of CDS like heroin, cocaine, MDMA and prescription drugs (e.g. oxycodone, hydrocodone, etc.). All of this is not to say the Moorestown does not also get its share of disorderly persons offenses, DWI and other traffic violations. Irrespective of the class of offense you are facing in this municipality, our criminal lawyers can assist you. Our firm, the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, is an approximately ten minute ride from Moorestown in Mount Laurel NJ. Let one of our former prosecutors or another member of our 100 plus year experienced defense staff fight to get you a favorable outcome.
