City of Camden Municipal Court is located at 520 Market Street on the fourth floor of the City Hall in Camden. The Courthouse is open from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, and court session are at 8:30 am and 12:30 pm. The court handles criminal complaints as well as minor offenses, like ordinance violations and traffic tickets. Four judges handle the court’s caseload: Chief Judge Burkett, and Judges Tucker, Baltimore and Montanez-Santiago. Camden County Superior Court handles more severe crimes, such as fraud, burglary and murder.
