Township of Pennsauken Municipal Court
The Pennsauken Municipal Court is located on Bethel Avenue next door to the Police Department. The Court offers a number of window services, such as bail postings, acceptance of payments, deposition requests and issuing of complaints. These services are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3:30 pm. Phone services are available at 4 pm. In addition to traffic violations, the court deals with local ordinance violations and criminal matters involving adults. You can also receive mediation services at the courthouse through Community Dispute Resolution Committee trained mediators. You must obtain Temporary Restraining Orders during business hours at the Family Court in Camden, though the Pennsauken Municipal Court will issue TROs on an emergency basis outside of business hours. Serious criminal matters will be addressed by the Superior Court in Camden.
