Burlington County is the largest county in New Jersey and its county seat is Mount Holly. Burlington County dates back to 1681, when the Old Courthouse was first established. Even though the county is located within New Jersey it is considered part of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. Even though Burlington County is predominantly rural in some areas, it also deals with its fair share of juvenile crimes. These juvenile charges often materialize into hefty penalties such as excessive fines, probation, counseling, vocational programs, community service or even incarceration. The Law Offices of John F. Marshall regularly appears in Burlington County to represent juveniles facing serious charges. More importantly, our lawyers are rarely unsuccessful at obtaining a reduced disposition or getting the entire charge dropped altogether. This is most likely a reflection of our attorneys’ steadfast dedication to each client’s case. An attorney from our office is available to talk to you and your child 24/7 and address all of your concerns for free.
