Camden County Juvenile Lawyers

In 1844, Camden County, New Jersey was formed from parts of Gloucester County. With a population of about 510,000 people, Camden County has a significant amount of criminal offenses processed each year. A portion of these crimes are juvenile offenses, which are committed by individuals under the age of 18. The criteria for juvenile offenses are almost exactly the same as adult criminal offenses, but the penalties usually differ. Although juvenile penalties are typically less serious than adult penalties for the same crime, a conviction for a juvenile could have disastrous effects on his or her future. Juvenile penalties include incarceration, fines, suspension or revocation of driving privileges, community service, and a criminal record.
