The Beachwood Municipal Court hears all disorderly persons offenses, municipal town ordinances and motor vehicle violations issued within the township. The court holds sessions the 1st Thursday of the month from 8:30 A.M. – 11 A.M. and again starting at 12 P.M. Another session is held on the 4th Tuesday at 5 P.M. The Beachwood Municipal Court Judge is Damian G. Murray and the Municipal Prosecutor is Steven Zarbarsky.
