Hire A Former Prosecutor To Defend Your DWI
Hamilton’s location directly east of Trenton and positioning midway between New York and Philadelphia has made the township into a transportation hub. The New Jersey Turnpike (I-95), I-295, I-195, U.S. Rt. 130, Rt. 206, Rt. 33 and Rt. 1, which all run through Hamilton, give the police plenty of opportunities for traffic stops for suspected drunk driving. In fact, Hamilton makes the most arrests for DWI, DUI, and Refusals in Mercer County and most of those arrested are transient drivers. If you have had the misfortune of receiving a DWI in Hamilton then you need to hire an experienced Mercer County DWI Defense Lawyer with a long track record of success. The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall is made up of a team of veteran defense attorneys and former prosecutors that specialize in DWI defense and hold over 100 years of combined experience. Our credentials and experience is unmatched by other similar sized firms, which allows us to provide a superior defense at a reasonable price. Our lawyers have been certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for standard field sobriety testing and are specially trained by the Attorney General’s Office and Draeger Diagnostics on the intricacies of the breath test machine. This allows our attorneys to ascertain if there were any deviations from the proper procedure during your field sobriety test and to investigate whether the breath test machine was properly operated and maintained during your testing. If anything was not done properly, our lawyers can usually get the sobriety test thrown out. This extra knowledge and investigative efforts often makes the difference between pleading guilty to a DWI or getting it dismissed. If you would like to speak with one of our DWI attorneys then call us at 855-450-8310.
