Former DWI Municipal Prosecutor
Jackson has many miles of roadway, including Interstate 195, which are common locations for drunk driving arrests. If you were charged with driving while under the influence (intoxicated) or refusal in Jackson, our Ocean County DWI attorneys possess the expertise to ensure that you receive an excellent defense. The lawyers at The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall have over 100 years of experience defending DWI related charges in NJ and our staff includes. Every defense lawyer at the firm also holds certification in both the Alcotest breath machine and standardized field sobriety testing. This is quite a credential when you consider that only approximately 50 attorneys in the state hold the Alcotest certification and less than that are certified in standardized field sobriety testing. We genuinely believe that we may be the only firm in the state with 3 attorneys certified in both these crucial areas of DWI. This is why we strongly urge anyone who has been arrested or charged with a Jackson DWI or breath test refusal offense to call us for a free initial consultation at 855-450-8310.
